Adobe has 2 versions of Campaign:

Adobe Campaign v6 This is the type we are offering now. This is on premise version but Adobe Partner Sandbox Program host this version on AWS cloud for you. You need to install the desktop client to access it. Thus, you can't access Campaign solution through the Marketing Cloud interface.

Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS) This is the Cloud version which is pure HTML, no need to install the desktop client. You can access the Campaign in the Marketing Cloud interface. The schedule of offering ACS to partners is TBD.
