As part of Sandbox program offering, Adobe offer the eligible partners with Campaign v6 hosted environment, and the required support as well.

Some partners prefer to host Campaign v6 in their own private environment. We don't recommend that, the reasons are as the following:

• If Partner host in their private data center, some of Campaign features won't work (such as Adobe ID connection, Shared Audiences Integration), that would be difficult to apply for the IMS credential and Whitelisting their domain and IMS client. (we spent a lot of efforts to go through the process, which needs Product DEV to involve)

• Our team will also responsible for upgrading these servers.

• It makes easy to support, for any environment issues, my team will take care of that.

• It would save Partner’s cost.

Note: we will not provide support if Partner's host Campaign server in their local environment.
