Add Analytics Product to AMC user

  1. In Marketing Cloud interface, click Administration menu
  2. Click "Launch Enterprise Dashboard" link, it will forward to Enterprise Dashboard
  3. Click Users menu in the left nav, it will show list of all users included you new invited one.
  4. Click into this user.
  5. In the Products and Permissions, click the drop down button and click the Analytics product.
  6. If you want to grant this user with Admin rights, click the button "Add Admin Rights" and select "Administrator ( Analytics - You_company_name)
  7. Click Save.
  8. Back to Marketing Cloud interface.
  9. In the left menu list, click Analytics -> Admin -> User Management -> Edit Users
  10. You will see that one Analytics account is created automatically. (Note that its password is unknown because Marketing Cloud user is prevent to log in through Native Login Page).
  11. Click link of Login to enter into detail page.
  12. In the field of Current Password, input your (Admin User) password, if you don't have or lost, please contact us to reset for you.
  13. In the filed of Access, you have 2 options: Administrator or User.
  14. If you want this user be a Administrator, select Administrator.
  15. If you want this user be a non-Administartor, you need grant some groups to this user. At least the “All Report Access”.
  16. Click Add button to grant all report suites to this new user.
  17. Click save button to make it effect. Note you will success message in the top of page “Login Successfully saved”
