Link your Audience Manager (AAM) Account

If it has less than 24 hours since you received the original email, please proceed directly to step 2. If it has been more than 24 hours since you received the original email, you'll need to request a password reset before proceeding. To do this, take the following steps:

  1. In the password reset email (email #3), click the "Click Here" link to be taken to the Audience Manager Solution-specific login page.
  2. Click on "forgot password" on the bottom right.
  3. Enter your AAM username and email address to get a new password sent to you.
  4. With the green success message indicating that an email was sent, you should receive a new email in about 2 minutes. Be sure to check your Junk Mail folder if you don't appear to be receiving it.
  5. When the reset password arrives, click on the "Click Here" link.
  6. Enter your AAM username and new password.
  7. AAM should open to your account settings page asking you to change your password. Follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password. Click "ok" once your password has been successfully changed.
  8. Click on "Adobe Marketing Cloud" in the top left to return to the Marketing Cloud interface.
  9. From the Marketing Cloud Feed page, click on your user icon in the top right and select "Manage Organizations".
  10. If this is the first Marketing Cloud Account you've had access to, then your drop down will only display your organization name. In this case, you can simply click on the link and you'll be taken to the "Manage Organization" page.
  11. Ensure you are in the right Organization and click "Link Account" in the Audience Manager card:
  12. Enter AAM username and password. You should receive a green success message indicating that you successfully linked your AAM account to the Marketing Cloud.
